The SPA Series Thermal Insulation Sheets comprise a range of boron nitride filled silicone elastomer materials designed for electronic applications requiring thermal management and electrical insulation. This product line offers thermal conductivity options ranging from 1.3W/m·K to 15W/m·K, accommodating diverse application requirements from basic insulation to high-performance thermal management. All materials in the series maintain high breakdown voltage exceeding 10kV/mm and low dielectric properties for reliable electrical isolation.

The series includes multiple formulations with distinct characteristics: SC800-PI-2-K10 (1.3W/m·K, yellow), SC900FG-16 (1.6W/m·K, pink), SPA-SP035 (3.5W/m·K, white), SPA-SP050 (5W/m·K, green), SPA-SP100 (8W/m·K, beige), SPA-SP200 (12W/m·K, beige), and SPA-SP300 (15W/m·K, beige). Each variant features Shore A hardness between 65-85, ensuring appropriate mechanical properties for different installation requirements. The materials offer low density and excellent dielectric characteristics, making them suitable for high-frequency applications.
