This planar heat spreader material exhibits a unique layered structure and crystal orientation that optimizes heat transfer in the X and Y directions, effectively preventing hot spots in compact electronics. The synthetic graphite sheet operates reliably at continuous temperatures up to 400°C and demonstrates high electrical conductivity of 0.96×10⁶ to 2.0×10⁶ S/m.
