JC-DT Single Conductive Copper Foil Tape | TOUSEN

JC-DT
The JC-DT Single Conductive Copper Foil Tape is a specialized EMI shielding material composed of high-purity copper foil and adhesive backing. This single conductive copper foil tape features copper purity exceeding 99.95%, providing effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection while maintaining reliable performance in electronic applications. The tape's construction ensures conductivity through the copper foil substrate while the adhesive surface remains non-conductive, offering controlled electrical pathways.

Available in multiple thickness variants including JC-DT50 (0.050mm), JC-DT70 (0.070mm), JC-DT85 (0.085mm), and JC-DT100 (0.100mm), this EMI shielding tape offers substrate thickness ranging from 18μm to 50μm. The material demonstrates excellent adhesion with peel strength ratings from 1000gf/25mm to 1500gf/25mm, ensuring secure bonding in various applications. Operating temperature range of 10°C to 40°C ensures stable performance in standard electronic environments.

Applications include electronic appliances, communication equipment, and instrumentation where EMI shielding and static discharge protection are required. This single conductive copper foil tape is particularly suitable for applications requiring controlled conductivity, where the non-conductive adhesive surface prevents unintended electrical contact. The material can be custom-cut to specific dimensions and is compatible with automated application processes.

The tape's acrylic ester adhesive provides reliable bonding while maintaining the copper foil's shielding effectiveness. For optimal performance, apply to clean, dry surfaces at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. The material's balanced combination of shielding performance and mechanical properties makes it suitable for high-volume manufacturing environments requiring consistent EMI protection.

Product Description

JC-DT Single conductive copper foil tape Product Specification Sheet are renowned for their distinctive characteristics, which include:
◆ With a purity higher than 99.95%, its function is to eliminate electromagnetic (EMI) interference, isolate the harm of electromagnetic waves to the human body, and avoid the impact of unnecessary voltage and current on its function.
It has a good effect on static discharge after grounding.
Strong adhesion and good conductivity, can be cut into various specifications according to customer requirements.

Usage conditions

In order to achieve the best bonding effect of the tape, please make sure that the surface to be bonded is clean, dry, and flat. The optimal temperature range for tape application is 50 ℉ to 86 ℉ (10 ℃ to 30 ℃). When using tape in a high-temperature heating environment, the instantaneous temperature should not exceed 302 ℉ (150 ℃), the working temperature should be below 176 ℉ (80 ℃), and the continuous heating time should not exceed 10 minutes. It is not recommended to use tape at temperatures below 50 ℉ (10 ℃) at the beginning because the adhesive becomes too hard and difficult to adhere. But once applied correctly, maintaining low temperature results will be more satisfactory.
