TS Series ultra-soft closed-cell silicone foam is an advanced engineered elastomeric material specifically formulated for low-closing￾force sealing and cell spacing cushioning within newenergy vehicle lithiumion battery modules. Designed to satisfy stringent EV thermal management and fire safety specifications, the material features ultra-low surface firmness, lightweight low-density construction, gradual elastic rebound and UL94 V‑0 & HF‑1 flame retardancy, predominantly deployed for lowload enclosure gasketing and interstitial padding between battery cells
