The SPA-SP200 Thermal Insulation Sheet is a boron nitride filled composite material designed for thermal management and electrical insulation in electronic applications. This thermal insulation sheet delivers 12W/m·K thermal conductivity, efficiently dissipating heat from high-power components while maintaining high breakdown voltage exceeding 10kV/mm for operational safety. The material features low density of 1.40±0.10 g/cm³ and high volume resistivity >10¹³ Ω·cm, providing excellent electrical isolation.
