SPA-SP100
The SPA-SP100 Thermal Insulation Sheet is a boron nitride filled composite material designed for electronic applications requiring balanced thermal management and electrical insulation. This thermal insulation sheet delivers 8W/m·K thermal conductivity, providing effective heat dissipation while maintaining high breakdown voltage exceeding 10kV/mm for operational safety. The boron nitride composite ensures low dielectric constant (≤3.10 at 5GHz) and low loss tangent (≤0.02), making it suitable for high-frequency circuit applications.

With thickness options of 0.20mm, 0.30mm, 0.50mm, and 1.00mm, the SPA-SP100 offers corresponding thermal impedance values of 0.10, 0.15, 0.25, and 0.35°C·in²/W at 15psi. The material features low density of 1.30±0.10 g/cm³ and high volume resistivity >10¹³ Ω·cm, providing reliable electrical isolation. Its Shore A hardness of 65±5 ensures flexibility and mechanical durability for various installation requirements.

Applications include electric vehicle battery packaging, high-power supply systems, and communication equipment where thermal insulation and electrical protection are essential. The sheet operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to 120°C and complies with RoHS, Halogen-Free, and REACH standards. This boron nitride based material offers a cost-effective solution for applications requiring moderate thermal conductivity with high electrical insulation performance.

The material's beige color and flexible nature allow for easy integration into various electronic assemblies. With tensile strength of 3.1 MPa, it maintains structural integrity during installation and operation.
