    Development Success: Low-Density, Highly Resilient Thermally Conductive Silicone Pads

                                           

    With the rapid advancement of new energy vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) are becoming increasingly common. Thermal management for automotive lithium-ion batteries and electronic control units is more critical than ever, driving growing demand for high-performance thermal interface materials such as thermal conductive pads.
